Refund policy

We offer a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement in case of defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please contact us at info@lacovise.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will send you further instructions and a replacement shipping label (if applicable).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will arrange a pickup for the product immediately and share the details with you once the replacement has been approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement accordingly.
